What We Offer

Therapy services for every need

💬

Parent Coaching

Practical support for you. We'll help you understand what's driving your child's behavior, develop strategies that fit your family, and strengthen communication at home. It's also somewhere to talk about what this has been like for you. Parenting a child who's struggling is demanding, and most parents carry more of it than they let on.

🧭

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions for children, teens, and adults, including parents seeking support of their own. Work through anxiety, social challenges, depression, trauma, and more in a confidential, supportive setting. We meet you where you are, and help you build toward where you want to be.

🏠

Family Therapy

When one person in the family is struggling, the whole family feels it. Family sessions help improve communication, reduce conflict, and build a shared understanding of each member's needs, so you can support each other better.

📋

Outpatient Counseling

Flexible, ongoing counseling for individuals managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and related challenges. We work with you to find a cadence that fits your life and your goals, without rushing the process.

For Parents

While they’re at school, the hour is yours.

Most families try to fit therapy into the evening: after work, after school, after everything else, when everyone in the house is already tired. It doesn’t have to go that way.

We have daytime appointments available for parent coaching, individual therapy, and family sessions. For a lot of parents, the hours their child is in school turn out to be the easiest part of the week to protect: no juggling pickup, no negotiating bedtime afterward, nobody waiting in the car.

You don’t need to be in crisis to come in, and your child doesn’t have to be enrolled in anything for you to get support. Plenty of parents start here on their own.

What parents bring here

  • •Working out what’s actually going on for my child, and what to do about it
  • •The same argument every night, about the same thing
  • •Feeling like the school and I are describing two different children
  • •Guilt, exhaustion, and not knowing who to say that to
  • •Wanting my own hour, not another appointment about someone else

Telehealth

Can't make it in person?

We offer telehealth therapy to all Minnesota residents, so geography doesn't have to be a barrier to getting support. Whether you're across the metro, managing a busy schedule, or simply more comfortable at home, telehealth makes it easier to show up consistently.

You'll work with the same licensed therapists, using the same evidence-based approaches, through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. The quality of care doesn't change. Only the commute does.

Telehealth is available for individual therapy, parent coaching, and select family sessions. Not all services are available via telehealth; contact us to confirm availability for your specific needs.
